Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in York, PA. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and no rotations.

What You’ll Do

Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and continued care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes

Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary team members

Follow all clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Participate in continuing education and professional growth opportunities

Contribute to a positive, supportive, and patient-focused team environment

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania through the PT Compact

Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain before start date

Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills

Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

A caring, dependable, and patient-focused approach

Compensation & Schedule

$44–$50 per hour, based on experience

Full-time, 40 hours per week

No rotations

On-site position in York, PA
