Job summary

Onsite Women’s Health is seeking an experienced mammographer to join our team in Michigan. The role focuses on producing screening and diagnostic mammograms with 3D tomosynthesis in a patient-centered OB/Gyn practice, without weekend work and with independence in day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates are ARRT-certified, up-to-date on CME credits, and comfortable with digital imaging, MQSA compliance, and state licensing where applicable. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have up-to-date CME credits and applicable state license.
• ARRT certification is required.
• Demonstrates patient-centric approach and strong computer skills.
• Able to operate mammography equipment and follow MQSA protocols.

Responsibilities

• Produce screening and diagnostic mammograms for breast cancer detection.
• Ensure the mammography service is successful in the practice.
• Help ensure annual screening for eligible patients, especially during the first 18 months of a new practice.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures to reduce anxiety and gain cooperation.
• Adjust equipment and exposure factors per radiographic protocols.
• Maintain safety standards and equipment readiness; perform QA as required.
