Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home care team in the Kettering area. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:15 am – 5 pm with no on-call or holiday rotation.

You will provide home-based therapy as directed by the attending physician, educate families, and document patient progress. The role emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and flexible scheduling with mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one-year experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy as ordered by the attending physician.
• Educate patients and family members and ensure patient safety.
• Complete accurate documentation and stay compliant with regulations.
