Job summary

Mitchell Companies seeks a Receiving Manager to lead the warehouse receiving operations on a Monday–Friday schedule (4:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.). You will supervise the receiving team, ensure accurate unloading and verification against POs, and collaborate with vendors, carriers, and purchasing to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehouse or receiving roles, strong leadership, and WMS experience. Base salary is $59,000 with a bonus up to $6,000, plus growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Warehouse Receivers and associates.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload based on shipments.
• Ensure shipments are unloaded and verified against PO, packing slips, and BOL.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach receiving staff to ensure accurate counting and labeling.
• Monitor inventory data entry and accuracy in the WMS.
• Direct put-away and staging of received products.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean receiving area.
