Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Waterloo, IL is seeking a full-time Day Shift LPN or RN to join our private-duty nursing team. You will provide 1:1 patient care on weekdays, from 8a to 6p, with a stable, lower-stress environment compared with facility settings and a team-oriented, supportive clinical staff.

LPNs earn $30-$33/hour and RNs $35-$38/hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Active IL RN or LPN license and CPR certification are required or obtainable.

• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
