Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare seeks a Home Health Aide (HHA) to support a male client in Tinton Falls, NJ, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role focuses on non-medical care, companionship, and daily living assistance in the client’s home.

You will provide personal care as needed, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and maintain open communication with family and coworkers to ensure consistent, reliable care.
