SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Home Health Aides to visit clients in the Jersey Shore area, including Tinton Falls, Keyport, Marlboro, and Freehold. The role offers compassionate in-home care, recognition, and a supportive team environment where your heart and dedication are valued.

You will provide companionship, personal care, and assist with daily tasks while promoting independence and dignity for clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
