Job summary

California State University, Stanislaus is seeking a Federal Work Study Student Assistant in the College of Business Administration, Department of Marketing, Operations, & Management. This temporary hourly position supports faculty and students with clerical tasks and basic data entry.

Ideal candidates are undergraduate students enrolled in at least six units, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills. The role requires in-person campus work in Turlock, CA.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Draft emails and communications to students and faculty.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Assist with events and activities.
• Assist with updating bulletin boards and departmental materials.
• Organize and maintain documents and files.
• Perform basic data entry using Microsoft Excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
