Job summary

Terrestrial Energy is seeking a driven R&D Electrochemical Test Specialist to assemble test setups, run tests, and analyze data for the IMSR program. You will work under the R&D Technical Project Lead (I&C) to advance electrochemical instrumentation for molten salts and support TE engineering across the R&D program.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of R&D experience with electrochemistry and analytical instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of R&D experience involving electrochemistry and analytical instrumentation.
• Experience with molten salts and analytical equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test programs with the R&D Technical Project Lead (I&C).
• Provide SME insights on analytical chemistry equipment and methods.
• Review test setup designs, procedures, specifications, and reports.
• Author calculations and summarize data analyses and test results.
• Present test results, risks, constraints, and paths forward.
• Collaborate with suppliers and TE Procurement to receive materials.
