Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands‑on laboratory experience (academic or industry).
• Experience with molecular techniques such as PCR/qPCR preferred.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology principles.
• Ability to accurately follow protocols and pay close attention to detail.
• Basic data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis software is a plus.
• Good organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction and purification.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), laboratory protocols, and quality control standards.
• Accurately record experimental data, maintain laboratory notebooks, and ensure proper documentation.
• Analyze experimental and/or clinical data using appropriate software tools and methodologies.
• Prepare data summaries, reports, and visualizations; present findings.
• Assist in assay validation, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain inventory of reagents and consumables; support ordering and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional projects.
