Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Technologist II (Molecular) to support assay development, validation, and execution in a CLIA environment. You will work with scientists to perform RNA/DNA extractions, qPCR, and NGS-related tasks, run controls and clinical samples, and help maintain SOPs and documentation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work extended hours as needed, with experience in multiple molecular platforms and good computational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular biology assays per SOPs and contribute to assay development and validation.
• Run QC samples and process clinical samples to generate data.
• Maintain stock of reagents and perform regular instrument maintenance.
• Train new staff and support cross‑functional process improvements.
• Ensure CLIA/GLP/GCP compliance and quality documentation.
