Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in biology or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular testing on plant diagnostic samples using PCR, qPCR, ELISA, and DNA sequencing.
• Conduct research to adopt and optimize new molecular tests to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze testing data for survey projects.
• General lab maintenance (washing labware, autoclaving supplies, and organizing records).
