Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: BS in biological sciences with genetics/molecular/cell biology experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research projects or experiments related to life science areas of study; ensure protocol adherence; review progress and evaluate results.
• Perform assays, material tests, specimen evaluation, and cultures.
• Execute data collection procedures; record, correlate, and analyze data; prepare summaries.
• Contribute to design of research methods; identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Make recommendations for data collection, management, and visualization software.
• Train users in equipment operation and research techniques; explain capabilities and limitations.
• Develop project protocols; ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
• Author papers, proposals, presentations and reports to disseminate findings.
