Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field with strong publication record.
- 3–5 years of industry experience in biotechnology.
- Proven expertise in molecular diagnostics and single-molecule detection.
- Experience with integrated diagnostic platforms and on-chip sample prep.
- Familiarity with biosensors, bioelectronics, and soft electronics.
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate cutting-edge research into prototype diagnostic systems.
- Lead development and testing of sensor and chip-scale platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external academic partners.
- Design experiments for sample-to-answer cartridges and assays.
- Contribute to patents, publications, and technical documentation.
- Advise on feasibility, risk, and system architecture.
