Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in molecular biology, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry or genetics.
• 0–2 years of laboratory experience in academic, biotech, or diagnostics settings.
• Basic proficiency in molecular biology techniques including PCR and qPCR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular biology and assay development experiments according to protocols and study plans.
• Prepare reagents, controls, standards, and samples for assay development activities.
• Execute PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR and other nucleic acid workflows with instruments and automation.
• Support high-throughput screening through plate prep, sample processing, and automation platforms.
• Collect, organize, and summarize data in notebooks and electronic systems.
• Collaborate with scientists and bioinformaticians to support project goals and timelines.
