Job summary

Radius Packaging in Delavan, WI is hiring a Plastic Machine Technician for the day shift. The role offers a 4-day work week, $22.00–$25.00 hourly pay, and benefits eligibility, with additional overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities include operating blow-molding and injection molding machines, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, and adhering to GMP and safety standards while supporting a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance or troubleshooting experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED and basic reading, writing, math, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and comfort operating press machinery.
• Capable of working independently with little supervision.
• Familiarity with basic computer functions and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Apple iPad devices and applications preferred.
• Active, multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs and working in warm and cool temps.

Responsibilities

• Operate both blow-molding and injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and competency to drive a powered industrial truck.
• Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.
