Job summary

Lawton Standard in Minster, OH is seeking a Production Team Associate (1st Shift Molder) to produce quality parts for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas. No foundry experience required, with on‑the‑job training and a 5:30 AM–2:00 PM shift plus overtime as needed.

Regular pay is $22.52 per hour and higher, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision within 60 days, 401k with match, uniforms, boot reimbursement, and PTO after 30 days.
