Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Molding Technicianopenings in Lindstrom, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on production work, steady routines, and a clean, safety‑focused manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $27.00

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Molding Machine Operation — Operate molding equipment to produce plastic components according to production standards.

• Part Trimming & Finishing — Remove excess material, trim flash, and ensure clean, finished edges.

• Quality Inspection — Visually inspect molded parts for defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections.

• Material Handling — Load raw materials, monitor material flow, and maintain proper machine feed levels.

• Production Documentation — Record counts, note defects, and follow standard work instructions.
