Job summary

Majors Plastics Inc is seeking a hands-on Molding Supervisor to lead and support our production team on the floor. You will keep the shift running safely and efficiently while maintaining quality, meeting production goals, and holding the team accountable.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to training and development, with close collaboration across departments to keep production moving.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Molding experience is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good computer skills are helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong technical ability.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Review IQMS Daily.
• Maintain the quality of the products.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Ensure company safety procedures are followed.
• Train all shift personnel and ensure company policies are followed.
• Adjust injection molding machines and their processes when required.
• Report machine and tooling problems via maintenance and tooling work orders promptly.
• Ensure complete and accurate daily reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by upper management.
