Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Molding Production Associate in New Berlin, WI. You will set up, operate, and tend molds to create elements for a wide variety of shoes, ensuring accuracy and quality while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, strong communication, and time management, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass an Oral 6-Panel drug test plus an enhanced background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working with molds and production equipment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to complete an Oral 6-Panel drug test and an Enhanced background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend molds to create elements for a wide variety of shoes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure machines work properly and molds run accurately.
• Repair and wax molds for surface imperfections to support consistent quality.
• Accurately cast molds by monitoring temperature and pressure gauges of casting machines.
• Visually inspect elements, hang them for baking, and distribute them to the appropriate bins in the saw department.
