Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on Operator to run molding equipment on the third shift, 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. You will open gates, trim parts, and verify quality before packing, ensuring the line stays productive.

No experience needed; paid training provided. You will record shift metrics, perform in-process inspections, handle rework, and follow manuals and 5S practices to keep the area safe and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• No experience needed; paid training provided.
• Basic math skills and good judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Read and interpret company forms and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding equipment; open gates, remove and trim parts, verify quality before packing.
• Perform in-process inspections per MCP and complete secondary operations.
• Record performance metrics each shift (good parts, scrap, downtime).
• Package finished goods exactly as outlined in the MCP.
• Study and follow operating manuals, work instructions, and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and audit-ready press area through 5S housekeeping.
