Molding Machine Operator Associate - 3rd Shift - $21.50/hr

Join Applied Medical Technology, Inc. (AMT) as a Molding Machine Operator Associate - 3rd Shift - $21.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am

Since 1985, AMT has specialized in enteral device product development, design, manufacturing, and engineering in a state-of-the-art facility near Cleveland, Ohio. We are growing steadily and are always looking for talented individuals to join our team. We aim to maintain a small company feel while reaching a global audience.

Position Summary

Operate injection molding machines according to schedules and procedures. Prepare mold inserts, review molded components for integrity, and work in a clean, sterile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Remove molded components after cycle completion
  • Prepare cores and molds for the next cycle
  • Test parts during the molding cycle to meet specifications
  • Inspect parts for quality during operation
  • Maintain quality and efficiency standards
  • Use manual and semi-automatic fixtures
  • Accurately complete paperwork
  • Participate in cross-functional training
  • Follow instructions and procedures precisely
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures in English
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Problem-solving and ability to interpret instructions

Additional physical and mental requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, work in noisy environments, wear protective gear, and handle small components with good coordination.
