Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant supervision experience.
• 5–7 years in injection molding and processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule manpower to meet priorities and manage overtime.
• Coordinate production plans with cross-functional teams.
• Hire, onboard and orient new employees.
• Provide training to ensure task qualifications.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Lead department meetings and drive continuous improvement.
