Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a dependable production associate for third shift in our Houston facility. You will tend machines, open gates, remove and trim parts, and ensure parts meet quality requirements.

You will perform in-process inspection per MCP, complete production reports, and assist at other workstations as needed. The role requires good math, attention to detail, and willingness to participate in training to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in job development training.

Responsibilities

• Tend machines to meet production goals, open gate, remove and trim parts.
• Perform in-process inspection per MCP and rework as needed.
• Package products according to MCP and master samples.
• Complete production reports: number of good parts, bad parts, downtime.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area, follow safety and 5S.
• Read operating manuals, work instructions, procedures.
• Assist at other workstations as needed.
