Job summary

Drug Plastics Closures in Edinburgh, IN is seeking a Molding Operator to operate plastic molding equipment on the night shift (7:00pm–7:30am).

You will inspect products against specifications, manage scrap, and support quality standards in a climate-controlled environment, with PTO after 90 days and weekends off every other week.

Qualifications

• Must read effectively to determine product quality and specifications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Ability to perceive differences in colors and shadings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain empty cartons from conveyor or other sources.
• Products are stack or tumble packed and inspected based upon customer specifications and requirements.
• Grind all clean scrap and rejected caps generated by the machines for which they are responsible.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to read effectively while performing job duties, as well as in determining whether the product meets quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and under pressure.
• Must be able to perceive and accurately identify differences in colors and shadings.
