Job summary

Drug Plastics Closures in Edinburgh, IN is seeking a Molding Operator for the day shift. You will operate molding equipment, monitor processes, and ensure product quality in a climate-controlled facility.

This full-time, on-site position follows a 7:00am–7:30pm schedule on scheduled workdays, with 3 days off every other weekend, paid time off after 90 days, and a supportive team focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret quality specifications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Must accurately identify color shades and differences.

Responsibilities

• Obtain empty cartons from conveyor or other sources.
• Stack or tumble pack products and inspect per customer specs.
• Grind all clean scrap and rejected caps produced by the responsible machines.

Responsibilities

• Products are stack or tumble packed and inspected based upon customer specifications and requirements.
• Grind all clean scrap and rejected caps generated by the machines for which they are responsible.

Requirements

• Ability to read effectively while performing job duties, as well as in determining whether the product meets quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and under pressure.
• Must be able to perceive and accurately identify differences in colors and shadings.
