Molding Operator - 2nd Shift - Production Operator III

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods, perform changeovers, setups, quality checks, and maintain a clean work environment following our EH&S policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of soldering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Proficient with small hand tools, blueprints, and drawings.
• J-STD Certification, familiarity with IPC 610 & 620, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Effective communication skills in English and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Solder and de-solder components, follow blueprints and schematics.
• Prepare cables, perform oil fills, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain organized work areas and report abnormalities or unsafe conditions.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for approximately 2 hours, sit for about 4 hours.
• Ability to work extended hours if required.
