Mykelly is seeking a skilled Molding Operator for our Worcester, MA facility. The role involves operating hydraulic, robotic, or manual presses to mold material mixes into finished shapes, using measuring tools and hand/power tools to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate has experience with various molding techniques and will perform density tests and quality checks while following safety and procedures on a Monday–Friday night shift.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Molding Operatorto join our manufacturing team in Worcester, MA. In this role, you will use hydraulic, robotic, and/or manual presses and molding equipment to compact material mixes into finished product shapes. The ideal candidate has experience using a variety of molding techniques, measuring tools, and hand and power tools, and can consistently produce products that meet quality specifications.
