• Team up with Process Engineering to reduce downtime and scrap while improving efficiency.
• Spot tooling-related molding issues and communicate them to the Supervisor.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities for tooling and equipment.
• Log downtime, scrap, and changeover metrics accurately to inform continuous improvement.
