Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Machine Operator for a premier manufacturing facility in Fargo, ND. The position offers a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Thu, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM) with initial training on 1st shift and compensation of $19 per hour.

You will operate molding machines, monitor temperatures, volumes, pressures, and times, resolve jams, pour materials, trim excess, and inspect finished products for quality. Basic math, ruler reading, and basic computer literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Have basic math skills (including ruler reading).
• Possess basic computer literacy and are eager to learn new skills.
• Are able to lift up to 60 lbs and have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and solid attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operating molding machines to produce custom tanks and components.
• Monitoring and adjusting molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time for optimal results.
• Detecting and resolving jams; making calibrations and adjustments as needed.
• Pouring materials, trimming excess, and removing finished products from molds.
• Inspecting output for quality, surface defects, and flaws.
