SUMMARY: The Molding Machine Operator's primary responsibility is to ensure the parts produced meet customer requirements (see QC Standard). The operator may also perform other duties as assigned by Management or Supervisor. Reports functionally to the Molding Supervisor.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are properly molded and cycle the gate.
• Perform secondary operations to meet customer requirements (see QC Standard).
• Follow operator instruction sheets.
• Barcode parts.
• Pack parts according to packaging instructions.
• Prioritize safety at all times.
• Immediately report non-conforming parts to the supervisor.
• Sign Operator Instruction Verification Sign-Off Sheet.
• Meet production requirements on a shift basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Record and plot scrap data.
• Maintain production boards hourly.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management or Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards.

Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company policies and procedures. Adapt to changing responsibilities and perform other duties as required.
