Summary: The Molding Machine Operator's primary responsibility is to ensure the parts produced meet customer requirements (see QC Standard). They may also perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors. Reports to the Molding Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure parts fall from mold/cycle the gate.
• Perform secondary operations to meet customer requirements (see QC Standard).
• Follow operator instruction sheet.
• Barcode parts.
• Pack parts (see packaging instructions).
• Prioritize safety.
• Immediately report non-conforming parts to supervisor.
• Sign Operator Instruction Verification Sign-Off Sheet.
• Meet production requirements per shift.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of workstation.
• Record and plot scrap.
• Maintain production boards hourly.
• Complete tasks as directed by management or supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards.

Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company policies. Perform other duties as required, maintaining flexibility and continuous improvement.
