Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Molding and Demolding Technician to work on shell blocks for core manufacturing. The role involves cleaning, preparation, liner block assembly, and transferring blocks to ovens, plus operating vibration/vacuum chambers and induction heating equipment.

Training to competency and safety sign-off, including LOTO and forklift certification, is required. The position emphasizes reading and following engineering instructions, strict adherence to process specifications, and

Qualifications

• Evidence of a completed High school or GED is required.
• Ability to read Engineering instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license and is subject to export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding and demolding processes for shell blocks.
• Prepare area, set up for operations, and update schedules or safety items.
• Perform basic CTQ audits and housekeeping during the shift.
• Follow part-specific work instructions on the production system (Mercury).
• Assemble, handle, and transfer shell blocks between unit operations using manual and automated lift equipment.
