Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience not required, but willing to train the right person.
• Comfortable using machines.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine required parts and materials.
• Position molded parts on press bed and align die with matrix.
• Set machine controls to regulate forming pressure and curing time.
• Start machine, inspect samples for defects, adjust setup as needed.
• Inspect all produced parts for defects and ensure timely production.
• Remove excess material from products and trim as required.
• Produce molded components to meet production schedules.
