Over half of our employees have been here for 20+ years - a direct reflection of our company's commitment to excellence.Pay range: $22-$27/hour (based on experience)## Qualifications**Duties/Responsibilities:*** Setting up and operating the molder.* Selecting and installing cutting heads on the machine according to the pattern to be cut.* Inserting and bolting specified knives in slots of cutter heads already in the machine, using gauges and wrenches.* Inspecting the stock being cut.* Verifying the dimensions of cut material to ensure they match specifications.* Interpreting mold blueprints to ensure that the molds are produced accurately.* Monitoring the molding process by ensuring proper functioning of the machine, watching out for malfunctions, making any required adjustments, and conducting machine maintenance.* Turning valves and dials of machines to regulate pressure, temperature, speed, and feed rates, and to set cycle times.* Removing finished or cured products from dies or molds, using hand tools, air hoses, and other equipment, stamping, and identifying information on products when necessary.* Positioning and securing work pieces on machines, and starting feeding mechanisms.**Education and Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Minimum of two to three years' relevant experience.* Operational knowledge of molding machines.* Ability to perform basic math calculations.* Experience reading blueprints and diagrams.* Understanding of safety regulations.* Door, window, or construction background preferred.## ***Benefits:**** 401(k)* Dental Insurance* Employee discount* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurance***Work Location: In person****T.M.
