DRiV Incorporated is hiring for an Operator Associate on the 1st shift in Molded Rubber. The role involves finishing, assembly, and packaging of products, operating manufacturing equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards to support production goals.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, monitoring tool settings, documenting work, and communicating issues to supervision. A high school background is preferred, with entry-level to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Manual dexterity.
• Able to read, write and perform simple arithmetic.
• Able to use computer and basic keyboarding.
• Clear communication with coworkers.
• Typically entry level - 1 year of experience.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate equipment to assist in assembly, including trimming, welding, cutting, coating, heating, counting and packaging.
• Check equipment and tool settings against specifications before operation and adjust as needed.
• Document work completed using standard procedures.
• Monitor inventory and alert supervisor when supplies run low.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Manufacture, inspect and pick products for conformity to acceptance criteria.
• Report production, quality, and safety issues to supervisor or coach.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and clean work area.
• Follow press card, standard work, or work instructions precisely.
