Pure Fishing in Mendota, IL is seeking a Mold Technician I to join our manufacturing team. You’ll lead mold setups, perform teardowns, and troubleshoot injection molding processes with precision.

You will program robots, read blueprints, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting quality standards. Candidates should have 2–5+ years of molding experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Knowledge of tools and mechanics related to molding machines.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with blueprints, line diagrams, and molding machine control screens.
