Job summary

IMKO is hiring Mold Technicians for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) in Nebraska. You will install molds, set up and shut down molds per diagrams, start machines, monitor operations, adjust controls, replace worn parts, and keep the press and molds clean.

Pay starts at $20 per hour with differential pay on shifts. IMKO pays weekly on Fridays and offers medical coverage, paid holidays and vacations. IMKO Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• Install molds using a hoist or forklift and ensure they are securely fitted in the press.
• Set up and shut down molds according to provided diagrams.
• Start machines, engage mechanisms, manage the feed, and closely monitor operations.
• Adjust machine controls to meet the required product specifications.
• Replace worn machine accessories, including controls and switches.
• Maintain cleanliness of the press, molds, and individual parts.
