Hi-Tech Mold Carolina, a full-service supplier to the automotive plastics industry, is seeking night shift Mold Technicians in Westminster, SC. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Injection Mold Making experience.
• Proficient at disassembly and reassembly of TH & BH blocks including repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Able to diagnose and correct electrical or hot runner system repairs.
• Experience manufacturing new hydraulic and water lines.
• Proficient with surface grinder, drill press & engine lathe operations.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble TH & BH blocks, including repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical or hot runner systems; fabricate hydraulic and water lines as needed.
• Operate surface grinder, drill press and engine lathe; use overhead crane and forklift; work with minimal supervision.

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 5 years Injection Mold Making experience; proficient at general disassembly and reassembly of TH & BH blocks including repairs and preventative maintenance. Must be able to diagnose and correct electrical or hot runner system repairs, manufacture new hydraulic and water lines, be proficient with surface grinder, drill press & engine lathe operation. Experienced in operating overhead crane and driving forklift; be self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
