Job summary

Vandor Corporation in Richmond, IN is hiring a Mold Technician for first shift (7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday). The role involves maintaining molds, repairing tools, assembling attachments, and inspecting incoming tools.

Candidate must be able to use a computer, receive and ship product, and work in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, completing work orders, disassembling/reassembling molds, cleaning surfaces, reporting conditions, and updating documentation.

About this position

Mold Technician

Location: Richmond, IN

1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm. Monday-Friday

The Mold Technician is to perform tool repair, assemble tools, assemble attachments or modify tools. Also, inspect incoming purchased tools. Ability to use the computer. Receive and ship product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs preventative maintenance on molds.
• Complete work orders as assigned by the Tool Maintenance Supervisor.
• Disassemble molds for repair.
• Reassemble molds.
• Clean mold surfaces.
• Assess mold conditions and report findings to the Tool Maintenance Supervisor.
• Update required documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
