Mold Setup Technician - 3rd Shift (Starting $18.25-$29.00)

Join Hoffer Plastics as a Mold Setup Technician - 3rd Shift. The starting pay ranges from $18.25 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus an 8% shift premium. The 3rd shift hours are from 12:00 am to 8:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold setup, auxiliary equipment setup, and process parameter input in accordance with customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards and safety policies.
• Depending on skill level (Level C, B, A), responsibilities include training, process setting, troubleshooting, quality checks, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing.
• Interest and ability to progress through mold technician training.
