Responsibilities

• Perform an initial startup on new production runs after mold sets are complete.
• Work on processes to improve production efficiencies and reduce scrap rates.
• Research problems with equipment and tooling and take corrective action.
• Troubleshoot process issues and consult with engineers for solutions.
• Document and record processes for each customer, and maintain setup records.
• Operate molding machines and assist with changeovers and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
