Job summary

Green Home Solutions is seeking a Mold Remediation Technician to meet with clients, inspect spaces, discuss remediation options, and lead on-site execution with focus on safety and quality. You will deploy equipment, supervise moisture removal, and ensure adherence to GHS and IICRC protocols.

Ideal candidates hold multiple IICRC certifications, including WRT/AMRT and Fire Restoration, plus thermography and energy-audit credentials; strong communication and a team-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• The requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry equipment safely.
• Strong communication, professional demeanor, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect client spaces and discuss remediation options.
• Load/unload supplies and operate company van to job sites.
• Place air movers and dehumidifiers to remove moisture.
• Perform basic demolition tasks and ensure safety practices.
• Maintain clean vehicles and work sites; communicate with clients and team.
• Check remediation work and apply IICRC S500/S520 standards where appropriate.
• Lead and train Inspectors/Technicians on GHS/IICRC protocols.
