Job summary

FM Corporation in Rogers, AR is seeking an experienced Mold Process Specialist to lead troubleshooting, optimize molding operations, and support new product introductions within the molding department. The role requires hands-on expertise in injection molding and the ability to train and mentor others.

You will establish process parameters, monitor cycle times and scrap, collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering, and ensure safety and process integrity.

• Monitor and improve cycle times, scrap reduction, and overall process efficiency.
• Train and mentor Mold Processors I and II on molding processes, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
• Assist with training Mold Setters and Machine Operators as needed.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve manufacturing performance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Preferred - Experience supporting new product launches and process validation; experience with process improvement initiatives; experience using manufacturing software, ERP systems, or process monitoring tools; High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate equipment, tools, controls, and computer systems. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, forklift traffic, noise, and varying temperatures. Must use required PPE and comply with all safety requirements.
