Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to read and follow process sheets.
• Strong safety record and willingness to learn in a team setting.
• Experience with injection/blow molding or plastics manufacturing is preferred.
• Stable work history with reliability on a rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee multiple molding machines per production needs.
• Perform start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments.
• Complete mold changeovers efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production and maintain process documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Carry out routine machine inspections and checks.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and quality to meet goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
