Job summary

McDonald Plastic Molding is seeking a hands-on operator to perform daily mold setups, changeovers, and process adjustments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. You will work with supervisors to ensure safe, efficient production and high-quality outputs for each customer.

Responsibilities include startup, troubleshooting, and documentation of processes, with attention to safety, housekeeping, and timely communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform mold setup and changeover.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial startup on new production runs after mold sets.
• Improve production efficiencies and reduce scrap.
• Troubleshoot process issues with engineers and designers.
• Document and record processes for each customer.
• Set mold and start jobs per standard procedures.
• Operate forklift as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
• Be available for overtime as needed.
