Job summary
Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with manufacturing clients in Darien, Delavan, Lake Geneva, WI is seeking qualified Machine Operators to join their team. This is a long-term temp to hire opportunity with 1st shift or 2nd shift options.

Qualifications
- Operate machine in a safe manner to efficiently mold product.
- Demold and charge molds within set machine time parameters.
- Mold maintenance and mold inspection.
- Assist mold technician with mold changes as necessary.
- De-flashing molded products – requires use of knives and hand scrapers.
- Perform some secondary finishing on molded products.
- Ensure product cleanliness before progressing to next phase of manufacturing.
