-Complete all employee training as well as participate in LEAN Kaizen events (E.g. 5S) and lean manufacturing education/training.**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS**-Hand and assembly skills. -Plastic machinery knowledge is a plus, if not, candidate must be willing to learn equipment, automation, and robotics.Wherever you're at in your career, our people and resources will help you go further.
