• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds as needed.
• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machines and noise.

Responsabilités

Position Title: Mold Operator Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:54pm-7:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring a Mold Operator for a company in Germantown, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 3rd shift.

Mold Operator Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules
