Job summary

Bedford Reinforced Plastics, Inc. is seeking a Mold Operator for our pultrusion plant. The role focuses on operating and setting up pultrusion equipment to produce high-strength FRP profiles.

You'll monitor processes, perform QC checks, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced production area. Prior experience in molding and quality control is preferred; training is provided where needed.

A Mold Operator in Pultrusion works at the heart of the Composite-Manufacturing line, ensuring fiber, resin, Heated dies run smoothly to produce consistent, High-strength profiles.
